Child Safety Policy

1. Our Commitment

Opinify is committed to the safety and protection of children. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content or behavior that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms minors.

This policy describes our approach to preventing child endangerment, detecting violations, and cooperating with law enforcement and child safety organizations.

2. Age Requirements

Opinify is not intended for users under 13 years of age. Users must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete the account and associated data. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, contact us at safety@opinify.co.in.

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited on Opinify and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, text, or links
• Content that sexually exploits or endangers minors
• Grooming behavior targeting minors
• Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
• Child trafficking or facilitating access to minors for exploitation
• Content that normalizes or glorifies child sexual abuse
• Sharing personal information of minors that could be used to locate or contact them

4. Prevention Practices

4.1 Account Verification

Opinify requires phone number verification via OTP for all account creation. This creates an accountability layer and deters anonymous abuse.

4.2 Content Moderation

We actively monitor content on our platform. Our moderation systems are designed to detect and remove CSAM and child-endangering content. Content flagged by users or our systems is reviewed promptly.

4.3 User Reporting

All users can report content or accounts that may endanger children using the in-app report feature or by emailing safety@opinify.co.in. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.

4.4 Law Enforcement Cooperation

We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations involving child safety. We report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and Indian authorities (CBI, state cyber crime cells) as required by law.

5. Consequences for Violations

Violations of this policy result in:

• Immediate account suspension and permanent ban
• Removal and preservation of violating content for law enforcement
• Mandatory reporting to NCMEC and Indian law enforcement
• Full cooperation with any resulting criminal investigation

6. Child Safety Point of Contact

Opinify has a designated Child Safety Point of Contact who is responsible for:

• Reviewing and responding to child safety reports
• Overseeing CSAM prevention practices and compliance
• Liaising with law enforcement on child safety investigations
• Ensuring compliance with Google Play Child Safety Standards and applicable law
